People should always be careful of what they post online. This article was posted in 2011 and is still relevant and being discussed. I like to think that “dark practices” can be avoided. Websites should be user-friendly and make e-commerce easy on the consumer instead of trying to be deceptive. I like how this website is very clear with its sectioning. I can see the different parts of the page, such as the header, the body, and the table.
People should always avoid the dark web. It is not a safe area of the internet and goes unmonitored. Visiting websites on the darkweb may cause harm to your computer. You may get viruses in the form of pop-ups, suspicious files, and websites open to malware.
I don’t believe there is a good reason to use deceptive practices online. Do the best job possible to have an easy-to-navigate UX design so that the website is user-friendly. Having a bad UX design won’t bring in any traffic for your product, and customers won’t want to stay. Customers should always feel their information is safe and protected. Keeping the UX user-friendly will bring in more business and eyes to your website.
